大队官兵赶到现场。据槽罐车的司机称，泄漏油罐车装载约20吨柴油从梧州运往桂林，在位于在平乐二塘镇附近时，由于路面飞石击中油罐车泵体而导致泵体破裂发生泄漏，一直到阳朔县平乐往阳朔方向道奇龙隧道口才发现泄漏。油罐车司机在发现柴油泄漏之后用两个塑料盆将不断流下的柴油接住。

由于现场呈斜坡状，已有大量的柴油向路面和附近沟渠内流淌，如不及时处置，随时都可能发生燃烧、爆炸等事故。现场指挥员严小龙果断命令战斗员做好稀释准备，现场交警立即做好了警戒，防止再次发生事故，严格控制现场火源，同时向公安局请求调一辆油罐车前来倒灌。15时40分左右另一辆油罐车到来，技术人员马上进行倒灌。

　　凌晨5时许，一辆载着13吨93号汽油的油罐车，由昆明至景洪行驶在思小高速公路普文段时，由于驾驶员疲劳驾驶而导致车辆侧翻，汽油还发生了泄漏。上午9点，交警对昆明驶往景洪方向的思小高速路实施了封闭，并将车辆分流，而景洪市公安消防大队的14名消防队员，正抬着水枪紧张地对油罐车和周边进行喷水降温和稀释泄漏的汽油。一辆从普洱赶来的油罐车，正在消防队员的协助下，用油泵将事故车辆上的汽油进行转移。

　　昨天下午3点，记者看到一辆长约四五米的油罐车扎在修车厂院内，车头和油罐均变形，地上散落着砖块。

　　修车厂负责人称，事发时，厂内有两名工人，其中一张姓工人刚刚休息，油罐车突然冲了进来，“他一抬头，大车就停在眼前，人都吓糊涂了”。事故造成院内4间房受损，损失至少8万元。

　　肇事车载有29.5吨汽油。城关消防队赶到现场，消防员确认没有汽油泄漏，将电瓶卸下以防起火后撤离。村民称，该车可能是在拐弯时为避其他车辆，失控冲出马路，司机面部受伤。

　　前天下午2时50分，消防特勤二中队接119指令后，紧急出动4辆消防车，15分钟后消防队员即赶到现场。只见油罐车左后轮胎正在熊熊燃烧，面对肆虐的大火与随时可能爆炸的车辆，消防队员迅速封锁过往车辆，同时立即展开灭火。由于罐车内有大约20吨汽油，消防人员边用水枪喷射起火的轮胎，边用泡沫灭火器冷却罐体。在经过反复检查，确定现场明火被彻底扑灭后，消防队员撤离现场。
